The Marygrove Conservancy/Center for Detroit Arts + Culture has a variety of spaces available for partnerships. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are opening doors to resources that many in the city just can't access.

The partnership spaces are low-cost based on size and usage time and what you bring to the partnerships. We have two different rates: subsidized and non-subsidized. 1) for those who are interested in longer, more consistent, periods of time and to giving back to the Center and the community, we have a "subsidized rate". "Giving back" can take many forms such as teaching a class for us, manning the open studio times/areas, doing research, doing presentations, helping in the gallery, etc. 2) For those who are renting for a short period of time or do not have interest in that, we have regular non-subsidized rates.
